The H&B alliance was founded to provide professional project management for the development and implementation of engineering standards and associated processes.  Building on a background in product compliance, conformity assessment (to meet national and international regulatory or customer requirements) and electromagnetic testing, principals Don Heirman & Stephen Berger have provided international leadership for the development of engineering standards.  This expertise is now focused on assuring the successful development and implementation of engineering standards tailored to customer requirements. We provide services supporting product development efforts for Fortune 100 companies, start-up firms, industry trade associations, standards development organizations, non-profit organizations and government agencies.

What We Do

H&B Standards Management service specializes in the development and implementation of multi-party consensus standards.  Our business is to provide professional project management and technical leadership to addressing problems of unusual complexity.  We act as prime consultants, taking responsibility for whole projects and providing leadership to the diverse tasks required to assure success. We are also available as subcontractors for prime contractors in this area of activity.
